  58. PUBLIC Message Forums for Quarterdeck Technical Support

  61.    In addition to the standard form of telephone/fax/letter support, 
  62. Quarterdeck offers another form of Tech Support -Quarterdeck Office 
  63. Systems/Electronic Technical Support (QOS/ETS).  The QOS/ETS program is a semi-
  64. formal Technical Support program and is conducted through several online 
  65. services.

  67.    Quarterdeck operates its own BBS for Tech Support.  The Quarterdeck BBS USA 
  68. can be reached at 310-314-3227, 9600-8-N-1. The Quarterdeck BBS has 2 Hayes V-
  69. series 9600 modems.

  71.    Please note that Quarterdeck reserves the right to discontinue support on 
  72. any or all of the computer systems/networks listed below.

  74.    NOTE: All messages on the following electronic information systems should 
  75. remain PUBLIC.  Methods of contacting Quarterdeck Technical Support via 
  76. PRIVATE E-mail is discussed later in this document.  Quarterdeck prefers that 
  77. customers contact us via PUBLIC message forums.  This allows the sharing of 
  78. technical support questions and answers through the forum and helps other 
  79. users who may be experiencing similar problems.

  94. Forum.  The Sysop of each BBS decides which forums he or she wishes to carry.  
  95. If the Sysop of a particular BBS does not carry the DESQview Forum, then you 
  96. will be unable to contact Quarterdeck via that BBS.  However, many Sysops are 
  97. willing to carry forums if users request it.
